No stake PSG v Ahly ends in draw

Al Ahly and Paris Saint-Germain played to a hard-fought draw at the U17 AL KASS International Cup in a no-stakes fixture on Tuesday.

Having already suffered defeats in their first two matches, the Egyptian side played with a sense of freedom, eager to restore pride and leave the tournament on a high note.

Without the weight of qualification concerns, they showcased a spirited display, making the most of their final appearance. Their efforts paid off in the 32nd minute when Abdelaziz Khaled Said found the back of the net, giving Al Ahly a well-earned lead.

PSG, however, responded late in stoppage time to level the score. Already qualified for the next round, the French side used the game as an opportunity to rotate their squad, giving valuable minutes to players who had yet to feature in the competition.
